Ready again
Sooo ... I tried last year to quit went almost 3 months and then slipped up.
Reading my posts from that time and comparing cigarette prices in such a short time really , $29 last year to $ 33 now , well gotta get back to it . Just over $200 a week!! That's insane!!!
Ok going on patches ' one day at a time'

I wish you well Lizzie. I am at the 3 month smoke free mark today and I know sometimes it can be hard but saying no is the only option for me. The previous quit attempt lasted 16 weeks and that was over 5 years ago so you are already one step ahead of me for trying again so soon. For me it will always be NOPE - not one puff ever as I do not want to start this journey ever over again. Best of smoke free wishes to you and all
