Another dream

Posted in Quit experiences
schedule 17 Jan 2016

112 days smoke free and still craving, but getting further apart now, still quite strong, but I just soldier on and accept that I will have cravings for quite a while. Had another dream last night and it was sooo real..I smoked a full cigarette, but didn't think it was that great, and was disappointed at myself for having a smoke..yet glad I didn't like it much..thats all I remember, so the dreams are changing for the better..lol..Think I may have this addiction licked for good!! I better not be too confident though. Hope everyone is taking it one day at a time and always remember why you wanted to give up in the first place..it's helped me some..cheers!

Congratulations Lynnecarol - 112 days smoke free is amazing. We all know this journey is hard and i know dreaming about it is unsettling but I find the more I say "no" the more empowered I feel. Stay strong and keep smoke free - nicotine was never a friend

Well done to you. It gets easier but not completely simple. That's just the 5 month perspective. I reckon the 12 month perspective will be 'And tell me why I ever did this?'. Let's aim for that.
