A Dream

Posted in Quit experiences
schedule 9 Dec 2015

On my 73rd day of being smoke free and had quite a vivid dream last night of me smoking a cigarette. I was taking big long slow drags and expecting to get dizzy from it but didn't, like I'de never stopped, and was real mad at myself..thats all I remember..lol Just hope I don't get any more of them, and still getting some big craves and still persevering..aghhh..when will it all end!

I'm glad you only had that cigarette in your dream. 78 days of being smoke free is amazing! I'd hate to see you fall of the wagon now. I need all the role models I can get! Keep at it please, I'm counting on you.

Hope this doesn't become a regular thing..will send me bonkers..haha Anyone else have dreams of smoking ? And yes Suszan am trying my hardest, I won't cave in..just wish these dreams and craves would disappear..cheers!

Today for me is 88 days or 11 weeks....cold turkey,

Lynnecarol, you are doing great, but the dream is not good but its your subconscious playing tricks on you, it doesn't want you to succeed, but you be very determined, you have come along way.

I have had a few occasions where I have had a dread of sleepwalking to get my smokes, which I never have had as a problem, but that stage has passed but now just have to find a way to stop putting on weight....I have a nice little nest egg happening, as every Monday was my day to buy my smokes, now I put $120.00 away...I just congratulate anyone who gives up a habit regardless of what that habit is.
