Day 171 and counting every day. Cold turkey. Hardly think about smoking any time. Been so long since I lit up. Have only bad memories of imminent emphysema. Such a hard journey. Wouldn't ever want to repeat the process and determined to beat any craving. 45 years of kidding myself to think I was feeling relaxed when smoking. How incredibly wrong! Smoking creates so much stress. Just takes a while to realise what defines utter stupidity. Why speed up the process of dying?

To right Lia. Its amazing how we could convince our self that smoking help us through our problems. In reality it is the cause of many problems and stress in our life. Starting to think that being a non-smoker is a new found freedom
