Hi all, Well here we are and its day 60 already, what a journey it has been but happy to say now if I get a slight inkling or symptom I just smile.

unfortunately I am being sent away with work so will be unable to visit as regularly as I have in the past, but want to thank all on this site for pulling me through them first few weeks of an absolute night mare

To everybody on here just starting there journey, I believe if you get your head in the rite spot before you start, getting rid of the nicotine as quickly as possible out of your system, and being as stern as possible to your inner voice when it tries to drag u back to the dark side( do not give in for ANY reason) are the main tips on beating this habit.

have met some very inspirational people here and will be fair to say it would be 50% harder if you guys were not here during the hard times.

Good luck to all, Stay strong, NEVER give in to the dark side and be safe..........will pop back from time to time....p.s hope Nannette is ok, she is rock

You just keep smiling Nodrah because you have earned that right. 60 days is wonderful and you sound calm and collected. That inner voice is a real nagger and appears to have no intention of shutting up. It's good to be reminded that we are all in the same boat.

Good luck with the new location and with the ongoing battle to quit. You are right - this site is such a precious resource.

Hi Nodrah. Listen to the positive vibes and not at any time that voice in your head trying to drag you backwards. You may be out of sight for a while but we look forward to hearing of your posts in the future when you report in. We are all on the same page. Out of sight is not out of mind. We will be thinking of you.
