I am truly amazed that I have made it this far. The cravings are turning into Yearnings ( Instead of the I GOTTA HAVE, now it is IT SURE WOULD BE NICE).

I gained 3 lb. in the last two days, and I have been munching on chips and not drinking enough water. I pre-measured my water to drink and put it in the fridge, and have veggies available for munchies.

SO just for today, Thank you Lord for Blessing Me and Keeping me Smoke Free. Thank you quit buddies for the encouragement to stay on this road.

Congratulations Sunny - these are not easy days and you are cruising through them (with the odd speed bump). Keep determined. It's so very hard but your quit buddies here are all trying to overcome the same hurdles you are.

I have also put on weight because I find so may reasons to give myself a treat :) But keep on walking. It helps with the determination and it helps with the weight.

The road is a long one and it is quite normal to have some bumps along the way. Good luck.
