Laying smoking to its final rest

Posted in Quit experiences
schedule 1 Oct 2015

I have lost two close family members to cancer in the past year and a half. I have smoked for 23 years and I am not even 40 years old yet. I have quit smoking before for almost a year and I fe1l off the wagon. I have tried 3 more times in the past two years and I didn't make it stick. This is where I lay smoking to rest before it lays me down.

Way to go Chellez - it is a big decision and, as you know better than most of us, it is hard to stick with. But this site is such a good place to find encouragement and support. I wish you all the very best and look forward to sharing this challenging journey with you.

Thank you so much for the comments. I have my plan in place. Not only do I need to do this for me, but I actually want to. I was just having a moment of struggle and I decided to log on here. This saved me in my "craving moment." Much thanks and appreciation.
