harder than yesterday

Hi all, Well its 3 weeks and 1 day and today is as hard or if not harder than yesterday. Cant believe it but it really is...Anyhow just need to get my head back on track to the ultimate goal...beating this stinkn demon..i know just 1 smoke will kill everything and will be back to square 1 so there is NO way im getting sucked in to that trick...look out to that voice in my head trying to suck me in...youll have to do a lot better than you are at the moment cause its not working...and its Never going to....HAHA

Yeah Nodrah I love seeing your regular posts and see that you are WINNING I reckon those first few weeks are the hardest but you have nailed. Them. You will have hard days when you are just hanging for a dart but as you say don't get sucked in . Well done keep posting xxxx Whilst we celebrate in days we should also celebrate every craving that is squashed.

Hi, I feel your pain. Day 135 for me. I have lots of excuses to take up the habit again at the moment but with the pledges I have made and the support and encouragement from the amazing subscribers on this site there is no way I will disappoint them or me. Day 22 for you! Those early days are difficult but satisfying as we learn to say no to that nagging craving. (We know mine is called Margaret Thatcher. She is a tyrant and will regularly suggest I reward myself with a cigarette. ) The more you post on this site and get feedback, the more strength you will find. I don't know how anyone can go on this journey without the support we all offer each other.

Week 3 to week 4 were my hardest by far... I think you are almost mourning losing the habit in that time.. keep at it, just chalk up those days and don't give in...
Keep it up!
