I have no hints or no tips. I wish I did😕. I have been trying every month for over 25 years😱. I desperately want to quit. The longest I have gone is 11 months. But usually it's 8 weeks. Each time I say "this is my time". But then it happens I just go and buy some just to have 1 and we all know what that leads to. I have tried everything and I mean everything. But now I have found this site so I am going to try again. Can anyone give me some advise?

im new here (Shady02). I have a pack sitting on my counter right now. You can read my story. Have you fully quit yet and if so how? I can use all the tips I can get :)

I found that once I got my head right and convinced myself this is it and im not going back it hasn't been tooooooo bad....2 weeks today and definitely not going back to those filthy cancer sticks.....we can beat this together...just get your head right first then your little voice in your head dosnt stand a chance....my thoughts anyway

Its a mind thin I think - you just need to get your head right, and resist - but its not easy - all the NRT and tabs will not work until the decision has been made, and the the internal fight starts - that's where the strong mind and head-work starts... resist, resist, resist!!
I just need to keep resisting the next one, and I will quit for good.

I hear you. I did a lot of prep work before committing to this QUIT. I started a Mind Map, or vision board. I have a visual and today, the 1st day of the quit I have looked at it everytime I have a crave. My favorite for the day,
" I tried hypnosis to quit smoking, Now every time I light up I quack like a duck"- by Maxine
So I get through the crave, without quacking up! HEY Humor helps:)
