Good on you that's great! - Nice to hear experiences that far into the journey..

I feel the same.... socialize around non-smokers, no problem! socialize with smokers, I get irritated with them going outside all evening and not being able to hold a conversation for more than 10 minutes.., and if you think you feel stressed giving up smoking, watch other smokers get stressed when their smoke break is delayed... so we were stressing 20 times a day, wondering when the next smoke break is, and now just get stressed occasionally, when we think about smoking, so its progress...

Well done and keep at it - that's 11 weeks smoke free..

Thanks for coming back and telling us about your experience..

So well done and it is encouraging that you rarely think about it. I hope that happens to me in two weeks time but I suspect I might continue to be preoccupied. I am eating more these last three weeks and feeling heavy doesn't add to my day to day enjoyment. But I reckon in six months time I will be feeling marvellous and quite ready to tackle whatever weight needs removing.

Keep up the good work and pat yourself on the back for your achievements so far.
