14 days down today and so far so good, If we didn't consume alcohol I am sure giving up this disgusting habit would be a sinch..

Anyway the fight is far from over but do really believe I can see the light at the end of the tunnel

Day 127 for me, $2418 saved from the ash tray. Too bad I didn't take any notice of this 16 000 days ago... which part of health benefits, social acceptance and monetary gains don't the present generation get ??? I could scream...

Congrats Nodrah, great effort! I have managed to survive the whole alcohol/ night out thing and came out stronger so that too is possible 😉

That's brilliant,I stopped drinking years ago(I was full😊)But my biggest challenge os emotional stuff, working on it though. Not having a cigarette or a drink to deal with it is hard.Nothing naughtier than chocolate for me!!

Congratulations Nodrah - getting those first couple of weeks under your belt is such a good thing. Personally, I find a drink helps me relax in the evening when the cravings are at their worst and I therefore think it is helping me with this particular attempt. The tricky thing is staying moderate so that I am relaxed but not tempted - a balancing act.
