Stepping off the cliff!

I have stepped off the cliff many times, and it didn't last. I really want to be free of this horrible habit. For months I have been saying, "Today!" then go back to the store by the end of the day. Well last night was my last death stick and this morning I am floating free off the cliff again.

Sounds erratic like parachuting and rock climbing. I too am struggling with daily decisions. Mainly because I have dramatically reduced my intake. I seem to always have some left. Instead of having a break - they are just always there. I hope I can learn to delay more in the morning. I am having a quit attempt starting now. Every Friday I try to quit. This is my fourth Friday. I am smoking between eight and two a day. See JMac if I smoke two a day for the entire packet, that means I haven't had a break for ten days. I must stop. I am having terrible health problems when I have quit attempts. One day I'll get well enough to quit if I keep my intake really low.
Kind Regards, keep going with your smoke-free days. Reclaim your nights. Credit yourself for progress.

Now, now you can't have everything JMAC775. You either put the cancer stick down and be healthy, happy, and enjoy a long life, or die young with some horrible disease. Soo its your choice. Quitting smoking can be done. You can do it! You have to want to quit! Best wishes.
I have faith in you JMac775!! Float and do not look back!! Goodbye death sticks, HELLO LIFE :) YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Well done, you can do it! I'm on day 140 with a few quit attemps behind me. But this is the last one as my lungs weren't very happy, they're great now so no irreversable damage, that's the scary thing if we go on too long, what damage will we do. All the best, stay strong. Keep reading this site, it really does help. :)

It's not stepping off a cliff mate.. It's a whole new life.. You should be excited. I felt like that too. Its soooo worth it, you won't look back
