Just Keep at it - my 6th or 7th attempt now.. - have stayed smoke free twice before - attempt 2 for 2 years, attempt 5 for 3 years, so don't think the journey is over, just because you don't smoke anymore!.

Master Tip - Dont pick up a cigarette - ever - for any reason - ever again... seriously - it just takes a drag of smoke to get you back on it again..

Good luck with your attempts..

Thanks for the tip Dave. I know what you mean. I have quit before also for about 3 years but that was just so easy as I was having my kids at the time so had to be healthy for me and them. In my mind there simply was no option. I don't really know what the difference is now I still need to be healthy & I still have kids they're just a bit older. Anyway, I agree with you just never pick one up at all, ever! How long have you gone this time?

Good on you for keeping trying. I know exactly what you meam about not picking up a cigarette, A few years ago I gave up for a month, then one night went out with a girlfriend that smoked and thought one won't hurt me...lol.... it was like I never stopped. Good luck to you on your attempt.

Thanks, only - 10 days in on Champax, so still riding on the "Don't try too hard in the first few weeks" from the Doc, but have gone from 15 -18 a day to 8-9 day in the 10 days, so it has already started working..

Planned a 19 September, no more smoking at all date, so slowing down to quit, as the cold turkey does not seem to work, and feels better on the body..

Thanks for the support..
