I have just enjoyed reading sooo many great success stories, so inspirational in keeping me on track. I love hearing of everyone's ability to maintain sense of humour in face of adversity, their sheer resolve to quit and finally the application of huge doses of determination to not go back. All of us can do this, this forum provides a fantastic cheer squad to not only cheer us on but also support us and understand the ups and downs of this journey. We have all learnt so much about ourselves and are all the more confident for it. Nothing like kicking a daily goal. Keep strong everyone and thanks for everyones support. xx
