Change of personality

Thanks Ladies. Nannette it's definitely the dancing which has now extended to when I'm doing housework too! Sweeping the floor the other day, I had the music pumping and I was using the broom as a dancing prop when my son walked past shaking his head at me, I gave an extra shimmy shimmy shake shake and he just covered his face with his hand and walked off.. Gotta love embarrassing teenagers.

Hi Cranky you have just made me think about the power of music. When I first gave up I I used to play "I'm Soo happy"at lunchtime and dance around the office on my own like llarry looser.As one of john Denvars song says "some days are diamonds and some days are stone"but that applies to life in general not just quitting.i need to rev the music up again to keep my spirits up. Thanks cranky I love getting your posts,some days you do feel like you have to push through.keep posting x
