Walking without getting puffed

Posted in Quit experiences
schedule 6 Aug 2015

I am now 15 days smokefree. I am very happy. Walked up my very steep driveway without getting puffed. So far, the cravings have been very manageable. Of course I feel like lighting up now and again, but not smoking does not feel like a death sentence like it did when I stopped on previous occasions. Tomorrow night it's party time again...will not need to look for smokers, will not need to take mints and chewing gum, will not need to anticipate where I will smoke, will not need to worry about stinking of smoke, there are too many reasons to be happy about not smoking and NONE at all to be unhappy about not smoking. I have saved about 100 dollars so far (I smoked rollies)...I am now going to look for a nice desk lamp...yoohoo.
