Quit Smoking: One Year Later

Hi to all my colleagues, upon the one year anniversary of me having quit smoking, I look back and think about how I once thought I'd never make it to where I am today. But, I did it. I am enjoying the healthy, emotional, and social benefits of being a non-smoker. Best wishes everyone! You can quit! Do it NOW! HOORAY! WOOHOO! YIPPEE!

Tonight my husband treated me to a nice dinner, and a glass wine. I like the food and wine. I am happy too, that I don't smoke anymore. It feels good that I don't kill myself with cogs any longer :).

One word Jojie "INSPIRATIONAL" Congratulations you have inspired me to get to one year as well. You should be one very very proud lady. Well Done
