Partner smokes
You can do it Lizzie. I know it seems impossible when a partner is still smoking but you can do it. Hopefully they are still supportive and not encouraging you to join them like mine use to. Stay strong, hang in there! The longer you stay quit the more they might be likely to join YOU :) Be a pillar of strength.
My partner smokes as well, but not a lot. My son smokes like a chimney...But they do now go to a remote part of the garden...It stinks.
Hi Lizzie, my partner smokes as well but he goes downstairs for a dart. I have noticed that he has cut down considerably. You are going so well 21 days to become 25,28(4weeks).sooo close to one month. Hang in there after 30 days I have had no cravings.keep strong x
It is hard when the partner smokes,but remember why you started this quit journey. FOR YOU !!!!! It's all about you , and you're doing great….keep it up
