If I can quit anyone can.....

I have a very addictive gene...I think that if I can quit, anyone can quit........When I first quit 12 years ago, there was hardly any help...just gum and patches. Now there are the vaporisers and the other quit pill, that I don't know the name of. I decided to go cold turkey, but there are many more choices out there now. So many more reasons to try and quit the filthy, stinky, dangerous addiction......
