schedule 3 Aug 2015

Hi annemarie. I'm not at 60 days so haven't started to catch the germs........yet. I am 19 days behind you so I'll use you as my inspiration. I think 60 days is amazing. Well done.

schedule 4 Aug 2015

Hi Annemarie - I am so proud of you for your 60 Days of willpower in staying smoke free and indeed, I hope you are too.

Just remember how many days you have been a winner, fighting those NASTY CIGARETTE COMPANIES who want you to smoke so much.

They want your money, they want your health and they want your pride.

Keep fighting them and remember how proud I am of you.

Yes, Annemarie...I caught a nasty cough and had a very bad cold a couple of days after stopping. It would have taken twice as long to get over if I had still smoked. Because I smoked! I smoked through asthma attacks, pneumonia, heavy bronchitis, I smoked when it was painful to inhale the smoke...I just had to have that cigarette. I am now 13 days smoke free. I am so happy (and I am rid of my cold and cough). When I go through a tough moment I think of all the positive sides of not smoking. I get really grumpy at times and irritated....but I'm off the smokes.
