Day 62 Im clocking up the dollars. Just checked my quit app and I have 1540 Unsmoked cigarettes. How disgusting is that. No wonder Im starting to feel and look human again. Now like the Australian cricket team Im going for the century 100 days, just a few more overs to go. Cant believe that Im aiming at 100 given 62 days ago I was smoking 30 filthy darts a day . YUK!!!! Keep strong everyone

As a newcomer to all of this, you have provided so much inspiration. It seems to me that we need an entire tool bag of tricks to try and overcome this and monitoring the money saved is one of the excellent tools (as well as a distraction). Lots of deep breaths and congratulations to you.
