Day 59 One year 306 Days Away
The only thing keeping me on target is knowing Day 60 is tomorrow.Know idea why, however last few days have been sooooooo hard.but I'm on team DETERMINED and somehow that helps.keep strong everyone. Xxx
Hey Nannette, keep strong. Remember that 'this too shall pass'. Smoking is not going to make the stressful situation any better or resolve it. You'll only be annoyed at yourself. I have had a nightmare 7 days so full of stress that I don't actually know how I got out of bed this week. Then to top it off I had to have my cat put down this afternoon. Sad. However I have not smoked, it crossed my mind but I just simply threw that out of my head because it was not going to solve any issues/ stress. I'm barracking for you..
Oh Cranky so sad to hear about your cat. Sounds like you have had a big week,.. I suppose we just have to adjust to the fact that life contains bad and sad times as well and a dart doesn't solve anything.last week I wasn't really even having cravings and this week it has just been soooo strong. I'm so determined to do a year and that requires focus,focus,focus.anyway we are all going well.Feather(Oompa Loompa) is coming up to 70 days this week so that has motivated me as well.thank you for your support I'm barracking for you as well. Hi Nanette, don't even think about stinking yourself again with cigarettes, just not worth it. You are doing amazing keep going... girl. I have been smoke free for 384 days. I am very happy as a non-smoker. You are doing great!

Oh Jojie I'm thinking of that Walt Disney song where the big bear walks around singing "you see it's true,I wanna be like you........I wanna be a year smoke free like you" My little insert at the end there.your holding the torch for us Jojie and providing the inspiration for me, knowing that it can be done. Thankyou we gotta stay strong Cranky haven't we and WeWILL as we are on team determined and don't mess with anyone on team determined as we are a force to be reckoned with.xxxx
