I can't believe I've reached day 40. The mindset is definitely not to start again. Why waste all this effort?

Some days are easier than others. I'm still sucking on nicotine minis but I'm certainly not worried about that. Walking 5-7 km a day, eating non stop but feeling very pleased with myself. Fat people are harder to kidnap. 😀🍰

Yea Feather way to go. As someone said on my post the other day you are on fire. Soooooo proud you are out the front holding the torch for me. I'm seven days behind you. Goooo girl well done xx
