All good cant wait to get to 40 days. One of my best quit attempts really emotionally not feeling any inclination at ALL to go back. Very much enjoying being in CONTROL, just annoyed with myself that I waited sooo long to quit. Unfortunately this horrible habit turns into years far too quickly. Keep strong everyone. Take control of your life you are at the helm now xx

I know, Nannette. I stopped for 6 years and then when I went back, I smoked for 6... I don't know where those 6 years went. I thought I'd smoke for a few months, but then the years just stretched. I've quit for good now. I had a few difficult moments this afternoon, but not giving in.....
