25 days smoke free

Posted in Quit experiences
schedule 3 Aug 2015

I used to smoke about 15 cigarettes per day for 8 years. Now, I'm 25 days smoke free going cold turkey.

I feel I'm doing ok. However, I still fight against this terrible craving when I enjoy my coffer after launch, every single day. It is the hardest part of the day and I hope the craving will go away soon.

Othen than that I'm surprised that I can concrentrate easier on my work now, than during the previous weeks.

Hi Griffith. Gr8 job. I really believe it should be compulsory for everyone to give their craving a name. Someone they do not want to listen to when they suggest we do things we don't want to do. Hence mine is Margaret Thatcher and even though I am up to day 65 smoke free, she will appear on a weekend and suggest I reward myself. Well, we know where that would lead...
