150 days and getting stronger

150 days...I almost died of shock. I must consider myself a non-smoker now. Life just keeps getting better...my emotional state has peaked and I tried running for the first time in years this week. To my amazement my lungs worked...oxygen circulated...whilst still overweight and unfit...I am capable of making this my next milestone. Between days 150 and 365 and am aiming at a 10 kilo weight loss...The cash has piled up and after initial short term rewards I have set myself a 2017 long term goal....the family is spending 3 months travelling from the East coast, up the red centre, through the Kimberly, hitting the west coast and return.
I hope you all go well.....thanks Champix for getting me over the initial bump

Congratulations that is huge you are 1/2 way to a year and that is a big milestone.i wrote in my post today that what starts out as simply giving up smoking becomes a life changing experience as you realise what you can achieve through determination and you have certainly taking the helm of your life and totally set a new course and your plans sound fantastic for you and your family.
