Struggling!!

I don't really have a hint or a tip. I am on Day 19 of Champax and day 11 of not smoking. This has been a easy process for me until last night, my first 'smoking VIVID' Dream from the side affects. It wasn't a bad one, I mean I was disgusted in the smell in my dream and never had one in my dream, however I woke up (well can you say that if you had a crap sleep, "INSOMNIA" (side affect) and with all my work stress, I craved one! Not gonna lie, my first crave and its kinda been tormenting me all day. I think what has helped me get by was every time one of my friends came inside from having a couple smokes I have hated the smell, I also have a friend that smokes that doesn't really care about where she blows it. She blew it in my face today without realising, and it actually hurt my lungs. I coughed, I couldn't breathe. I actually cant sit outside with my friends at the moment until my WILLPOWER is STRONG!!!! I got a Treadmill Day 6 of my give up and usually if I jog or do some excercise after 2 or 3 minutes I puff and pant and struggle to get my breathing together. DAY 6 I got on this TREADMILL and JOGGED, I BREATHED, I kept running, I ran and run. I got to 10minutes I could keep going. THATS WHAT I WANT BACK MY YOUTH, MY LIFE!!!

I think the people that are still smoking wish they had the same amount of willpower or courage to try something that will help you save your life!!

Yes it is a hard hard journey, but when you can breathe again and I mean actually breathe again ITS WORTH IT IN SOON MANY WAYS. I am 27 years old, been smoking for 12 years (omg thats terrible) and I want to have kids, I want to experience motherhood. AND I WANT AND AM GOING TO DO THIS SMOKEFREE!!!

Thank you Champax, because nothing else helped and if you just hang in there and deal with the side affects, its nothing to what you'll get later on if you continue to smoke.

I really hope this helps someone
