Unfortunately I am not one of the people that helps motivate others towards their quit date on this occassion. I need to set myself another (maybe a little more realistic time) date for my "New Me" image of being a nne smoker. I hope to still be able to check other peoples goals and tips to make my next quit date become a reality. Well done to all the achievers and keep up your great effort.

Hi Dragonlady, Congratulations, on just thinking about quitting smoking. When you are ready to quit, that would be a special day. Quitting smoking is the best thing you could do for yourself. I have been smoke free for over 11 months now, and I feel strong, happy, beautiful, awesome, and I can go on, and on about how being smoke free benefits me. So.... you can quit if you really want to. Best wishes! Keep us posted.

Hi Dragonlady, I agree withy Jojie the fact that you are thinking of quitting is the first step in the journey. Now it all comes down to mentally and physically preparing yourself for the next step which is why you want to quit and how. I have found this website really motivational and supportive. We are all hear to listen and help if we can. Think of your next step and if we have any ideas we will help. Welcome back to the Quit process. Perhaps try just one day of no smoking to start preparing and spend the money you save on yourself. We are with you. XXX
