one day at a time
woke up this morning rested for the first time in a couple of weeks. The night sweats and craving have been waking me up. Today I am feeling more energetic because of it. I do need to be careful I feel good and get busy and find I get tired easily at this point. I read not to over exert and it is true. I use the gum to curb craving it works. I am now chewing half a piece to work on nicotine addiction. I went to the dentist and got my teeth cleaned and even went as far getting the stuff to bleach my teeth. It certainly helps, don't want cigs to yellow my teeth anymore. I found peppermint is a good curbing idea for me since I didn't like before with cigs. Happy 4th and this to shall pass!
