now 87 days smoke free

Today I am 87 days smoke free, I went cold turkey cause I thought if I am giving up I didnt want any nicotine inside me. Any way now I laugh when I think it used to be so hard... I am more determined but admittedly I do spend a bit on M&Ms and Milo bars when driving because thats where I get the craving occasionally. My cravings are decreasing rapidly and my 10 yo son has hugged me and whispered I love my nice smelling daddy.

Hey, that's me too. Day 63 & $1071 not reduced to ash. Not smoking is a bigger thrill than lighting up! Who would have thought... Trust you are enjoying all the benefits, Steve.
