Here I go Day 19 Never give up "quote"

Found this quote today from the Dalai Lama. "Never give up.No matter what is happening.No matter what is going on around you.Never give up". I felt I was meant to see this and wrote this straight on my star chart as I felt it was pretty appropriate for my current quit journey . Everyone is going sooooo well. Lots of inspiring posts. Keep them coming as they keep me inspired. Just did the groceries and didn't have to buy darts . How good is that.its the little things but they all add up. day 20 tomoz.
