schedule 16 Jul 2015

Well today I have declared that Im a non smoker. Call me optimistic but I am over counting days and over focusing on the whole quit process. The quit process has consumed me as you can see from my posts but I have decided that's enough and time to move and focus on other things in my life. Whilst this process has been challenging its time to move on. The last thing I need in my life is a dart. That part of my life is finished. So good luck to all on the journey it can be done and we all know that. Signing off as Very Very determined

Well done Nannette ... Focusing to much on it is draining but required sometimes in the first couple of weeks. Stay Strong girl. Proud of you

Thanks Jakksta for all your support, Im still going to report in with my progress just not every day. Mind you it has helped keeping myself accountable and seeing everyone keeping on track. Very proud of you getting back on the bike. So watch this space We can both do it. Everyone is probably a bit over my daily posts anyway. Go Girl.XX

Ahhhhh thank you Feather I'll be back on day 20. Love all you guys too much to just abandon the team. Anyway perhaps I'm just feeling too bloody cocky today when deep down I still need support. Thanks feather xxx

Hi Nanette, I don't think you can or should turn your back on this community. Am sure you got inspiration and encouragement from many faceless"friends" on this site. Your success encourages others who are trying to stop smoking. once a smoker, always a smoker. Hope you resist rewarding your efforts by lighting up. You will never hear a none smoker say they would like a cigarette. They have never had the craving. Be on guard. Enjoy the new you.
