Here I Go Day 14 Arrgghh !!!
What is it about Day 14 that does your head in? I woke up with my alter ego FERAL BERYL in full flight. I have spent the entire day trying to keep feral Beryl contained as Im super edgy and irritable.So in the interests of everyone's health and safety that I have come in contact with today Im keeping Beryl contained. I know tomoz will be better but it is proving to be a long day. One positive though is I hit $400 tomoz, that is a great impetus to keep going. Good luck to all x

Well done on 14 days, I can so relate to your anger and frustration. I'm on day 10 and was cruising along ok then all of a sudden I felt angry today. It was so intense and it felt like it was building and multiplying until my skin would need to split to release it.. Very weird and horrible. It lasted most of the day but I resisted offending anyone at work- God knows how! I thought it would get easier but it's getting harder. I'm using Champix and have smoked for 24 years. Hoping tomorrow will be easier as well...
Thanks Cranky glad I'm not alone.your description is spot on that's exactly how I felt. Oh well we survived to cross another day off. Yeah! Tomorrow is a new day and it's going to be a good one.
