Hanging in there.
Yay 32 days but still counting. I'm noticing that breathing is much easier which is just as well as I'm heaving an extra 4 kg around. Love the stories from all of you awesome people. They keep me motivated. Dreamt I smoked a whole packet and remember thinking "what did you do that for". It was lovely to wake up and realise I hadn't wrecked it all.
Smoking is certainly a friend I can do without. It costs a fortune, eats away at your body and really isn't nice to be dependent on. Now the aim is to get to 2 months without smoking ( or murdering anyone 😉).

Yea Feather, How good are you going?it was sooo nice to read your post. You are going so well and should be very proud!!! Here's a laugh I had to return jeans to Kmart because I had a few issues this morning trying them on. Bring on a new oooompa loompa wardrobe. It just gets better and better. Like you having a few emotional issues but that's ok no one has been hurt or injured and my family now ask me have you got your patch on. Maintain sense of humour and keep those knitting needles clicking.Slippers anyone!.youre going great keep with it and maintain sense of humour.xxxx

32 days! That's commendable. Those dreams of smoking and being so disappointed in yourself must be common as I've had them and heard it from others too. Isn't it a massive relief when u realize it's not true! I understand your being emotional ( Hence the sign in name Cranky) I can clear a room pretty quick!! Best of luck and hang in there..
