day 3. no cravings but huge headaches
hi. I am on day 3 and I have been lucky enough to get no cravings at all. the other side is that I am getting the headache to end all headaches. I can't even use the vacuum cleaner because its too noisy. tried panadol, water and food but.it doesn't even leave a mark on it. does anyone have tips on what will help

What method are you using to quit? Perhaps the headaches are caused from that? Otherwise fantastic , well done and look forward to your progress :-)
Hi Beckles, I agree with Lizzie, if you are on champix or similar, best check with your Dr to see if that is causing the headaches. Also are you staying hydrated and if you normally drink coffee with your ciggie and now don't this can cause massive headaches as I found out as I stopped having coffee in the 1st week of my quit
