9th Day
After 42 years of heavy smoking I am at day nine. Using both champix and patch daily due to being such a heavy smoker. My reason for quitting was firstly my health. And, secondly made redundant from my job just couldn't justify anymore still smoking while being unemployed. So far so good but I am determined. Suzannequit
Congraulations. Great effort. Quitting is so hard and you are doing so well. Take one day at a time and keep up the great work.

Im at day 8 and it is hard however like you I am very determined. My next target is double figures, so cant wait for Day 10. I have made sure my targets are really small incremental steps so I don't get overwhelmed. We can do this x
