Drinking water for me was the best help. Especially through a straw. I read somewhere aswell that it dilutes all the toxins that are trying to get out after quitting. So by drinking water you have less coff and spluttering Etc!!It also makes you feel full and less likely to snack.Im 41 days quit today.

Yep agree with you, I drank heaps of water in my first few weeks, and it helped me heaps
