It's been 12 months since my last cigarette and I can honestly say I feel like a non smoker. I have only had one real craving in the last 6 months and it didn't last too long, maybe ten minutes. I've had a couple of dreams that I'm smoking again and I seem to enjoy it in my dreams, but I feel disappointed in myself for doing it, when I wake up it's a real relief that I'm not actually smoking.
I have, however piled on 20kg's in the last 12 months. I'm joining a gym this week and now that I no longer crave smokes I'll start cutting down on the sweet stuff, except for beer, beer is good!!!!
Keep going quitters, one day at a time.

I love reading stories likes yours, make me happy. I've put on 6kg thus far, I call them happy kg's. I'm not bothered by the weight gain at all, will give me something to burn off with all this new energy I have found.
