Replacing a bad habit with a good one

Tomorrow is my quit day and I am going cold turkey as I have done many times before. But this time I have decided to replace the many gaps per day when I would usually smoke with two new 'fillers'. 1. I will take 20 deep breaths, and 2. I will walk outside rain or shine for 10 minutes. I will do one of both of these things tomorrow every time I get the urge.

No probs, it's a hard road but you can do it! There are a lot of inspirational stories here so just keep reading it will help along the way.
How is it going?? How are you doing with the breathing and walking?? Hope it is all working!!!

It's two years since I've been here and am so sick of myself and my smoking so have a new quit day (again!) which is tomorrow! I have recently joined Soberistas to stop drinking so wish me luck!
