Yesterday @ 6.30pm, I had my last ciggy.

I quit yesterday (Monday) last night, in fact. So, it has now been 27 1/2 Hrs. I feel as dizzy as can be? craving not too bad. I am doing it with the gum, chewing up to 8 in a day. Snacking on fruit bars, low in fat, nice too. going to bed really mentally exhausted. day 2 tomorrow. I have to at least make it to day 3, as I did last month.

Cool down first two weeks are the toughest phase after that you will be surprised with your will power . Keep going drink lots of water . take rest when ever possible donnt push too much things get better day by day . I smoked for 23 year now Its my 56 days without smoke
