Nicotine Patches

I was 55 days smoke free. Everybody said "do you feel better"? I thought to myself, actually I feel very ordinary, not well at all.

I found out I had a fatty liver and the nicotine patches were poisoning me. You can't use patches if you have a sick liver. So I have Champix now and will be starting them on Sunday. Never give up giving up just a change of tactics.
