Find what works for you. I found gum to be the best for me. I tried the lozengers, hypnosis, tablets but allergic to them, headaches +++. Patches too, not good for me. With the gum it keeps your mouth doing something, and distracted. Well, it works, I don't find I miss smoking that much with the gum. I really don't know why this works. But, I will go with this. Also, I suck on a tooth pick. I think it is something you can fiddle with, and take it, in and out, of your mouth. Just a good little trick for your brain. Anyway that's my hints for quiting. TRISH

These are great Trish!! personaly i am going without NRT so cold turkey but i am finding that being in touch with my mind and taking on board whats going on and understand it helps. Good luck!!
