So 11 Days no smokes

Still on champix 11 days not one smoke. However and there is always a however. I have a constant headache I feel nauseous and I am still not sleeping. I have tried sleeping aids and like clockwork I am still up at 4am (3:58am). I will persist and keep my Panadol handy.

Have you tried camomile tea? I find this works wonders for me at night before i go to bed.
