Happy non smoker :)
Hello beautiful people! Today mark my 213 days...or 7 months quit smoking through cold turkey by me! I am very proud, and very happy with my accomplishment. I will not smoke again, and hurt myself. I enjoy being a non smoker. Thank you everybody for support. Best wishes!

I am up to my 4 months of non smoking....after 55 years of smoking (I am 70yrs old) I am so proud of myself. Congratulations to both you and I and all the other non smokers who have quit cold turkey!! Well done

Hi jojie, that's a fantastic achievement and you deserve to feel proud. I am 106 days smoke free and feel great , which after 35 years plus as a smoker is a huge accomplishment. Very rarely think about smoking anymore infact I go days without a thought which is really weird. Best wishes :-) and thank you for the support you gave me x
