39 Days and still craving

Gah .. so over this thinking thinking thinking about smoking. When does this go away?? It has lessened and it's not as intense but it's still absolutely there. Daily, multiple times that want to smoke, thoughts about smoking, desire for smoking. So sick of it :-(

Just keep going it does get easier eventually. I'm 123 days today and still would love to light up but I think why waste those 123 days of not smoking.

You are 123 days and would still love to light up ARRRRRGGGHH!!! That's terrible! I guess I just have to live with it then, the incessant desire for something I can't have.
It's like unrequited love, smoking is that hot guy in school who was never going to ask you out. You just can't have it, no matter how bad you want it. Screw you smoking (and you JT of my school days) I hate you both!

It's been 90 days for me without a cigarette. I have random thoughts or craving but they don't last. Might be a trigger from a car ride where I will think of it. That's the addiction. Yeah I lost a bad friend 90 days ago, I'm keeping the memories or rather working through them because today I know they weren't my go to friend as I thought. Try and get a new process going, roll through the crave and do something else, try not to get sucked into thinking any longer than you must which shouldn't be too long like tying your shoes. Get a new normal going for yourself, you will be glad you did. Good job on your quit!

I can totally relate to the desire. I'm on day 5 & trying to be strong but the little voice keeps whispering in my ear "wouldn't it be nice". My only way to get over this feeling is by telling myself that I need to get to the otherside, the craving will pass. My mantra at the moment is "Don't give in, Don't give in". I probably sound like a crazy woman to other people but it's working so far.
Did anyone use Champix? And if so, can you tell me how you went when the tablets run out? Congratulations to all of you... You are winners and I would like to join you in that. 25 days for me so far and I feel a long way to go!

I started to smoke again , so this time I went cold turkey. 1 month breathing fresh air .Feeling great.

I'm doing good on the Champix but I am worried what will happen when I finish the course
