I started seriously praying hard, I wanted to quit I got tired of smoking, just tired. Now the taste for cigarettes r gone but just wanting one is still there the worst is after I eat, the waking up I started by trying to handle not control one issue at the time, but wonder why do I want it, and try to see why just think about tomorrow wanting it think now, right this minute this second and when u want one look for a second at the pack think.
