mine is 6th week. now i will share my experience and what i did/helped for quit.
1. after quitting i did not do any commitment work and didn`t pressured for in time work. i worked as it came.
2. i quit by cold turkey.
3. i quit cofee/tea.
4. drink lot of water(4-5 ltr)
5. regular yoga.
6. lot of fruits and carrot.
7. whenever i feel craving i ate fried saulted groundnut which helped a lot.

hi Pravi what is groundnut? how does it work? i can imagine you are feeling the benefits, i'm inspired by your methods.

ok Pravi thank you, hope you are feeling the benefits today. i have decided that today is as good as any to quit, so i don't have the procrastination issue, in fact i think if i wait another week i may lose the motivation, your ideas are helping alot, i bought a pineapple and a few carrots to snack on today. Not sure if that much water is good, i think up to 2 litres is plenty, be careful for your kidneys may not want that much water?
