Been over a week since I had my last cigarette & I can honestly say that I have NOT really craved for one either. Just recently got a membership @ LA Fitness, so I've been working out & swimming a lot too, just to keep my mind off smoking & it's been working out just fine. Especially after Zi sat in the sauna for 2days 30mins each, which helps to sweat out the nicotine

Hi Kai, Congratulations on your quit! You're doing great. Drink plenty of water. You can do it!! I too, quit coldturkey 6 months ago and I feel wonderful as a non smoker. I smoked for 25 years 1 or 1/2 pk daily. By this time of my quit I don't have cravings of cigarettes, nor think about them. I quit because I want to be healthy. I also, go to the Y for some of my workouts. My energy improved after I quit smoking! Lots of benefits to enjoy for not smoking. I love it! I feel free and happy. Goodluck to your quit!

Well thank you. I just left the gym myself, been there already 3days this week & I feel amazing, despite my sore muscles from REALLY working out, but took it very easy today. It feels so weird that I don't smoke anymore, car rides to work are long & boring, after eating, I sit in bed & watch TV for a while instead of heading outside to light up, CONSTANTLY drinking water, which I HATED to drink, but luv it NOW, EVEN Not having that morning cig takes some getting use to, but I can truly say, I've come so far already, I NEVER want to smoke another cigarette again, EVEEEERRR!!!!!
