Day 4: NO CRAVINGS 2DAY!!!

Woke up this morning & I did NOT think about a cigarette @ all. WOOOOOOW, just quit on the 2nd of February & NOW 4days later, I don't even crave them all that much. Don't get me wrong, I still go through moments where I sometimes feel that maybe just "One" won't hurt, but YAAASSSSSS HONEYYY it will so I switch up my tone real quick, telling myself that it will hurt & hurt BAADDD.
I can't lie tho, I sometimes miss my smoking moments, but I now love the extra time I have to do other needed things on my to do list that smoking sometimes hindered me from doing.

Thank you. I just can't believe how good I am doing, especially since I told myself I needed them, but I just don't have the taste for a cigarette @ all, which for me it's weird!!!!

it is common kai. dont be destracted, when nicotine level comes down this happens. craving means nicotine level getting down its a good sign. drin lot of water. keep fruits like orange,musabi,banana handy when ever you crave eat one. best or luck.

During this days don't keep any drinks plans too. Drinks will cause and which triggers for smoking.
Don't give up keep going all the best

Ohhhh Yeah, no worries on the drinking part. I quit that a month b/4 I quit the cigarette smoking. Had to quit the drinking 1st so once I quit smoking, I wouldn't have to deal w/ that, alcohol was how I restarted the last time
