I have got to day 8 and been buzzing like a bee day and night! I have withdrawal raw emotion, and played some ol fave cd's that i haven't dug out for quite some time, and got stuck into the dross in my room while i wept. I am not sad for want but feeling everything is magnified right now, the sad, bad and mad that's going on in the world. I have much more time and clarity now and am finding new energy to try to make a different difference. 'How bright a little candle beams it's light, like a good deed in a naughty world" (from a book called 'little big top') Its my party and i'll cry if i want to.

when you remember and feel that all these acts are part are trigger, you will be just observer of those triggers. it comes and it goes. as time rolls your mind will become tough towards smocking. just let it go these periods and enjoy the new life. best of luck.
